Let’s circle back on jargon.

I’m bearish on its ability to expedite convos. We need to TB and facilitate a discourse on how we’re going to disrupt its application. I think we have a quorum to innovate on the idea.

Instead of going analog, though, let's leverage technology to our advantage and type it out. The ROI is the ability to loop our insights into our process in real time. That way, we can thread our thoughts together and agree on the ideal outcome.

You might be thinking, “how much lag time between when we align and when we execute on this new flavor of discourse?” I hear you, but let’s parking lot that. For now, work under the assumption we should go live before the back half of July; Otherwise we could cannibalize future gains.

My POV = don't wait for stat sig proof of the benefits. This is a fire drill. I did a quick cost benefit and think we should hedge against any pushback by letting a few folks keep using inflated phrases and unnecessary acronyms. We never trusted them anyways.

TLDR: if you’re not tracking, you’re not in tech.
